Management Consultant / Reg-Tech -Government ? Ministry of RegulatorySaudia Arabia ? Riyadh / Dubai (Relocation Package)Salary Ranging from 40k SAR ? 65k SAR - Dependent on experienceHere at eMagine Solutions we are working with a client who are seeking to build their digital Consultant team,

  • You must have experience of consultancy experience working with digital regulators
  • You must have experience and knowledge of Reg-Tech and how to set up digital Regulatory
  • You must have experience in putting together regulatory framework for relevant authority, government authority, ministry or regulatory
Key areas of focus
  • Digital regulatory topics (i.e Cloud Computing>> Familiar with Cloud first policy, Data >> familiar with Data regulations, ET, and so on )
  • Global acumenabout global countrieshow they went around regulating digital topics GDPR,
  • Worked with National Digital regulators either regionally or globally
  • Understand what Regtech is and how to setup a Digital Regulatory Sandbox setup
  • Ability to develop regulatory frameworks/ design to assess a regulatory environment
  • Ability to conduct benchmarking, gaps analysis
