Job Description

Responsible for implementing the malls annual business plan and maximize tenant and shopper satisfaction.Ensure the effective, timely, and on-budget operations across all overseen tenant relations, FM, customer service, HSE, and specialty leasing functions.

  • Ensure all processes, policies, and guidelines are implemented in conformity with ACCL standards
  • Ensure malt admln comply with their tasks on time.
  • Ensure to have effective and very well performing team.
  • Achieve the target for leasing and collection on time.
  • Prepares the annual Marketing plan and budget, with the Marketing department.
  • Coordinate events in the mall and develop initiatives to increase footfall.
  • Sharing the objective with marketing calendar.
  • Sharing the media sales budget by percentage 40% for mall 60% for the section.
  • offering the locations inside the mall for media sales and marketing.
  • Make build solid relationships with tenants and ensure adherence to ACCLs standards.
  • Ensure that any request/ issue raised by lenants is logged and appropriate steps are taken to address it.
  • Assist tenant during shop fit, handover, and evacuation processes.
  • Coordinate between tenant and DD for shop delivery.
  • Offer input to Leasing on existing tenant performance and suggest changes to tenant mix.
  • Sharing the percentage of tenant mix by activities.
  • Feedback and confirmation about the prime location with leasing.
  • Advice possibility to add new GLA.
  • Ensure leasing plan are updated as actual.
  • Implements the Budget plan for OPEX and CAPEX.
  • Monthly analysis of the Budget versus Actual versus Forecast to reach the budget targets.
  • Ensure all service invoices are submitted to HO on time.
  • Ensure all mall expenses (petty cash) submitted with full document as per ACC policy.
  • Ensure all the employees appraisals submitted on time to HR department.
  • Make sure all the employees understanding there JD with clear KPls.
  • Sharing with HR any feedback about employees development as per the employee skills to be in wright location.
  • Ensure the mall have the required AMC and monitor the performance of service provides.
  • Ensure all service providers comply with the terms and condition of the contract.
  • Ensure common areas are well maintained (technical, cleaning and security) by ensuring regular and ad-hoc inspections are conducted as per standards.
  • Ensure critical issues are reported immediately, and follow-up solving the problem.
  • Ensure H&S inspection are conducted as per schedule {mall asset, Tenant units).
