Maintenance TechnicianThe responsibilities of an electrical/mechanical engineer would focus on ensuring the smooth operation of machinery, avoiding production disruptions, and maintaining spare parts inventoriesRequirements :•A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field is typically required.•Professional certifications such as Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), Certified Plant Maintenance Manager (CPMM), or similar credentials can be highly beneficial.•Certification in Project Management (PMP) can be an asset for managing large-scale maintenance projects.•Training in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies can be advantageous for driving continuous improvement initiatives.•Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and engineering roles within the food manufacturing industry, preferably in chocolate or confectionery production.•Leadership experience of at least 3 years, managing a team of engineers and technicians in a production environment.•Hands-on experience with the maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment, including mixers, tempering machines, conveyors, packaging equipment, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and ovens.Technical Skills:•Proficiency in electrical and mechanical engineering principles, including the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.•Expertise in preventive maintenance programs, equipment diagnostics, and repair techniques.•Familiarity with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems and automation used in chocolate manufacturing processes.•Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP, FDA) and the ability to ensure compliance within the maintenance operations.Location: Riyadh
