Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This includes conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting equipment issues, and performing repairs. The ideal candidate should have excellent technical skills and a strong attention to detail.Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct routine inspections of our facilities to identify and address maintenance issues.
  2. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairs as needed.
  3. Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity of our equipment and facilities.
  4. Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects and tasks.
  5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues to the Maintenance Supervisor.
  6. Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  7. Keep inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and report any shortages to the Maintenance Supervisor.
  8. Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and machinery.
  9. Provide guidance and support to junior maintenance staff as needed.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in maintenance techniques.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 1-5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
  2. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational training in maintenance is a plus.
  3. Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques.
  4. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  8. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
  9. Flexibility to work on weekends or outside of regular working hours when necessary.
  10. Knowledge of safety guidelines and procedures.
