Maintenance TechnicianResponsible for completion of the day-to-day activities involving installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of the production facility and related equipment and machinery, including blown film extrusion lines, to support the production process and achieve business goals and quality production standards.?Perform highly diversified duties to repair, maintain, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment.?Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment.?Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.?Perform simple machinist skills for fabricating parts as needed?Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and the troubleshooting ofblown film extruders and ancillary equipment.?Perform electrical skills, including repairing electrical controls, equipment and wiring, as well as the troubleshooting, installation,and repair of electrical components.?Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, machines, and facilities.?Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work area.?Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
