Overall Responsibilities:Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the upkeep of the facility. They should be skilled in one of the following majors:1. Plumbing.2. Painting.3. Air Conditioning Maintenance.4. Builder.5.Carpenter.Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect building, equipment, and systems to identify any issues in his major.
  • Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures in his major.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures in his major.
  • Plan and schedule repairs.
  • Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard in his major.
  • Perform general maintenance tasks in his major.
  • Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies in his major.
