  • Ensure the efficiency and operational capacity of all Dark stores (Gorcery) systems.
  • Prepare operation reports, maintenance budgets, and provide analysis of all reports.
  • Make sure that all maintenance processes and procedures are safe, and that all compliance programs are being met.
  • Install all needs for the Dark store (Grocery) from coolers and chillers and racks.
  • Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments.
  • Manage, handle, and supervise all DS employees.
  • Manage a team of warehouse supervisors, operators and own their day to day responsibilities.
  • Monitor operational policies and procedures to ensure most efficient processing of grocery orders, control of damage and errors and other aspects of operational excellence to deliver world class customer experience.
  • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
  • Prepare and file all relevant reports with the government and regulatory authorities.
  • Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment.
  • Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions.
