Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance project management, with a strong background in planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of maintenance projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. The Maintenance Project Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our maintenance department.Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and implementing maintenance project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
  2. Coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.
  3. Managing a team of technicians, assigning tasks, and providing guidance and support as needed.
  4. Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues or delays that may arise.
  5. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  6. Preparing regular reports and updates on project status, including key metrics and milestones.
  7. Conducting regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure work is completed to the highest standard.
  8. Managing project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical specifications.
  9. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Maintaining positive relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance project management.
  2. Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field.
  3. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale maintenance projects.
  4. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  7. Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations related to maintenance projects.
  8. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  9. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  10. Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
