Perform preventive maintenance tasks on various machinery, including CNC turret punch machines, bending machines, injection molding machines, press machines, and others, adhering to established preventive maintenance schedules. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems with CNC turret punch machines and other factory equipment. Repair and maintain a variety of equipment, including air compressors, plumbing systems, and electrical components. Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues proactively. Perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs to maintain overall functionality. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities for future reference. May assist with the installation, setup, and calibration of new equipment. Manage and document Spare parts for all machines.
