POSITION SUMMARY:˙To lead, direct and supervise the day-to-day ˙repairs team, providing a comprehensive service to customer, defined quality standards and requirements. ˙To achieve high levels of productivity, cost effectiveness ˙and quality, ensuring maximum performance ˙in accordance with the standards and policies of the company.˙PRINCIPAL ˙RESPONSIBILITIES:˙?˙˙˙Directs the daily activities of the repair shops.?˙˙˙Coordinates ˙repair priorities with maintenance control personnel.?˙˙˙Reviews workloads and allocates shop resources.?˙˙˙Coordinates ˙repair shop requirements ˙for production analysis and rework and repair.?˙˙˙Provides interface with material control and maintenance activities. SKILLS:?˙˙˙Must have broad technical repair knowledge.?˙˙˙Ability to read and understand ˙blueprints, diagrams or schematics.?˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Strong oral and written communication skill.˙
