Responsible for performance of maintenance activities within all aspects of the maintenance department. This includes doing all maintenance visits (Preventive and Corrective Maintenance activities), managing assigned technicians, setting priorities and maintaining good customer relations
Ensure efficient processes, health and safety are implemented.
Perform all service activities provided for clients during warranty and annual maintenance contracts.
Maintain quality aspects of all technical services and maintenance provided to clients.
Solve technical client problems and maintain solid relationships with the clients.
Manage call handling activities for service calls received from clients.
Prepare and submit visit activity reports to the Maintenance Team Leader.
Provide feedback to the Maintenance Team Leader on Clients feedback if any.
