Production Scheduler responsible for production planning and product costing
Development of innovative formulation technologies and products to meet evolving lubrication needs for advanced engines. Current focus areas are fuel economy, wear, and engine cleanliness protection. The position entails developing and applying the chemical and physical understanding of additive responses in the complex, multi-phase environment that oils experience in an engine. Of interest are the interactions between different lubricant chemistries and various engine performance parameters
Arrange formulations Oil & Grease (virgin and recycle) products, Blending & Filling Leads responsible for production plans execution & control
Maintenance Supervisor responsible for all plant maintenance and capital projects execution.
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
Inventory Management of all raw materials and finished goods.
Constantly improves the efficiencies and effectiveness of the operation with minimal capital investment
Maintain all blending and filling equipment with a proper maintenance plan and backup plans
Support and cooperate fully with all stakeholders associated with operations for planning, procurement, logistics, quality and maintenance to ensure customers expectations are met.
Ensure operations are conducted safely, reliably, efficiently and in compliance to company procedures
Write production reports - Makeup and complete shift schedules and production reports in a timely manner.
Address problems critically-Identify the strengths and weaknesses of various abstract, rational concepts, such as issues, opinions, and approaches related to a specific problematic situation in order to formulate solutions and alternative methods of tackling the situation.
Manage medium-term objectives- Monitor medium-term schedules with budget estimations and reconciliation on a quarterly basis.
Think proactively-Take initiatives to come up with improvements.
Present reports - Display results, statistics and conclusions to an audience in a transparent and straightforward way.
Prepare technical reports - Prepare technical reports that describe results and processes of scientific or technical research, or assess its progress. These reports help researchers to keep up to date with recent findings.
