Job Description

Job IntroductionAn exciting˙opportunity to showcase your catering and hospitality expertise˙in this newly secured contract with our prestigious client, Emirates in their brand new Lounge.You will be responsible for everything you would expect in this role including problem solving thinking on your feet:-

  • Ensuring the smooth day to day running of the lounge, ensuring that˙a 5* service is delivered to˙Passengers.
  • Managing˙the catering and cleaning services provided to Emirates Airlines,˙liaising˙Supervisors and our˙Account Manager.
  • Completing monthly reports and providing regular updates˙in co-odination with the Account Manager
Role Responsibility
  • Leading, motivating, developing and directing the team (14/15 colleagues) to maximise effiency in customer service.
  • Creating an environment where constant improvement is actively encouraged and recognised.
  • Ensuring all staff are trained to deliver a customer focused service.
  • Ensuring˙all staff are performance managed to quality set objectives.
  • Completing monthly Stock takes.
  • Overseeing the ordering of all food and consumables.
  • Catering experience (4 or 5 * Hotel or similar environment)
  • Proven supervisory / team management experience
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • IT Skills.
  • Flexible approach.
  • Problem solving skills
Highly desirable:
  • Airport Lounge experience
Please note; successful candidates will be subject to successful checks to obtain an Airside pass including five years full history
