Job Description

As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the logistics process, including transportation, storage, and distribution. You will develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. Your main roles and responsibilities will include:

  1. Overseeing and managing all aspects of the logistics process, including transportation, storage, and distribution.
  2. Developing and implementing logistics strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  3. Coordinating and communicating with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  4. Monitoring inventory levels and tracking shipments to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  5. Analyzing data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  6. Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to logistics operations.
  7. Managing and training a team of logistics personnel to ensure smooth operations and high performance.
  8. Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as suppliers and transportation providers.
Preferred Candidates:
  1. Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or similar role.
  2. Strong knowledge of logistics operations and best practices.
  3. Excellent leadership and management skills.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
