Responsible of the coordination of material delivery to the clients according to the agreed terms and conditions. Managing the Warehouse Team activities, Responsible of supplying the clients with updated delivery plans.Responsible of making sure that the delivery of material will meet the agreed deadlines in coordination with concerned departments.Generate, prepare & review backlog reports.Monitor the movement of items, prepare comparison and analytical reports.Provide the needed endorsement to other departments.Responsible for contributing to the enhancement of customer satisfaction.Prepare and follow up sales orders.Follow up customer complaints.Responsible for maintaining & continuously improving Quality Management System.Communications (Purchasing, Marketing & Sales, Customers, Warehouse)
