Job Purpose:The position is responsible for ensuring the timely dispatch of products as per the customer requirements and required quantities.Key Responsibility Areas & Activities:? Review delivery plans and ensure the dispatch accordingly.? Receive and process customer orders and deliveries.? Coordinate, control and schedule product loading and transportation at supplier site.? Monitor loading activities to ensure requirements are met.? Provide information against queries regarding the delivery status.? Supervise, coordinate, and oversee issues related to transportation and drivers.? Communicate with customers when routes are late.? Collection of delivery documents from drivers upon order completion.? Maintaining Job card for all drivers.˙˙Reporting:Develop dispatch and delivery reports and maintain records.Key Performance Indicators (KPI?s):? Delivery timing.? Responsiveness to queries.Accuracy of deliveries.Communication & Working Relationships:Internal: ?˙˙Operations & Sales.External: Customers, Transporters and Dispatchers, and Suppliers.
