Job Description

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Set up and organize their station with the necessary ingredients and equipment.
  • Ensure all food items are cooked and plated in a timely manner.
  • Monitor food stock levels and communicate with the kitchen manager to reorder supplies as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and on their station.
