Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Lifting Inceptor Trainee for a comprehensive training program that typically spans between 3 to 9 months. The exact duration of the training will depend on the trainee?s progress, with the possibility of completing the program in a shorter timeframe based on performance and skill acquisition.Upon successful completion of the training program, the trainee will be promoted to the position of Lifting Inspector, with an increase of minimum salary of (7,500 SAR) and greater responsibilities.Job PurposeThe Lifting Inceptor Trainee is responsible for assisting in the safe and efficient planning, execution, and monitoring of lifting operations in compliance with company safety protocols, standards, and relevant regulations. This position is an entry-level role where the individual will undergo a structured training program to develop skills in lifting operations, equipment handling, and risk assessment. The trainee will work closely with experienced professionals to ensure lifting activities are conducted safely and effectively on-site.Key Performance Indicators

  1. Safety Compliance: Adherence to safety procedures, regulations, and protocols during lifting operations.
  2. Operational Efficiency: Contribution to timely and efficient completion of lifting tasks while minimizing downtime.
  3. Training Progress: Successful completion of assigned training modules, including theoretical and practical assessments.
  4. Quality of Work: Precision and accuracy in lifting operation planning and execution, including equipment inspection and load calculations.
  5. Team Collaboration: Active participation in team-based operations and communication with supervisors and colleagues.
  6. Reporting and Documentation: Timeliness and accuracy of lifting operation reports and documentation.
