Receive & Handover:Receive vehicles complains and assign/liaise with outsource workshop suppliers for any repairs required.Evaluation & Approval:Evaluate the repairs quotations receiving and comparison of workshops to get approved required for repair.Data Reporting:Monitor/Update Workshop Expenses Report, maintain vehicles M/R History data & create / follow up on Purchase Requests (PRs).Petty Cash & Tires:Processing petty cash expenses & monitor/update tires inventory and tires consumption report.CPK & Utilization:Monthly CPK Reports & Fleet availability and utilization comparison and sharing observations with Operation Team.Fleet Legality:Following with Expired legal documents i.e., MVPI, RC, OC and insurance.Accident:Review and process vehicle accident and damage reports.Monitoring & Training:Monitoring vehicles on the road should have all tools and spare tire training, awareness to drivers regarding required safety & security measures.Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.
