The Legal Specialist plays a crucial role in safeguarding the legal interests of DANAH in all matters related to real estate and facility management. This position ensures legal compliance, manages risks effectively, and facilitates smooth contract negotiations, which collectively protect the companys assets, ensure operational continuity, and contribute to sustainable business growth.
Contract Management
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to facilities and real estate (leases, maintenance agreements, service contracts).
Ensure that all contracts related to real estate acquisitions, leasing, facility maintenance, and vendor agreements fully comply with applicable legal standards, including local, national, and international regulations. The Legal Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining clear documentation and ensuring timely contract review and execution. Maintain a comprehensive repository of contracts for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
Real Estate Transactions
Provide legal oversight on real estate acquisitions, sales, leases, and related transactions.
Conduct due diligence on properties being acquired or sold.
