Job Description

About the RoleWe are seeking a Legal Advisor to lead the development of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) product, focusing on legal templates, clause libraries, and AI-powered contract review playbooks. This role involves shaping AI-driven contract analysis, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the CLM solution aligns with real business needs. Additionally, the Legal Advisor will oversee legal compliance and strategy, working closely with a Legal Advisory Board to integrate legal best practices into product development.Key ResponsibilitiesCLM Product Development & Legal Tech Innovation

  • Collect and provide Saudi corporate laws, regulations, and rulings to train the AI model.
  • Develop and expand legal templates for integration into the CLM system.
  • Contribute to clause libraries that enhance contract automation.
  • Provide input on AI-powered contract review playbooks (e.g., checklists for NDAs and other agreements).
  • Help design a user-friendly CLM system that streamlines contract workflows.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance CLM capabilities.
  • Train internal teams on legal template updates, AI training, and CLM improvements.
  • Support enterprise clients in adopting legal tech solutions.
Legal Strategy & Compliance
  • Ensure legal compliance across operations.
  • Oversee internal legal policies, contracts, and regulatory alignment with Saudi laws.
  • Advise on e-signature regulations, data privacy, and contract enforceability.
  • Collaboration with the Legal Advisory Board
  • Work with the Legal Advisory Board to integrate legal insights into the CLM roadmap.
  • Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments affecting digital agreements and CLM adoption.
