Job Description

  • Coordinate prospective residents, create guest cards, and input their information into a database.
  • Assist prospective residents with the application process.
  • Conduct lease signing and ensure the accuracy of all lease documents.
  • Ensure the approved applicant?s move-in process is smooth.
  • Communication with residents regarding maintenance issues, and lease renewals, and resolve any concerns.
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure that the apartment community is meeting targeted occupancy and revenue goals.
  • Position may be required to perform duties outside their normal responsibilities as needed and when requested.
