Job Description

  • 1.˙˙˙˙˙˙Develop a schedule to assess training needs
  • 2.˙˙˙˙˙˙Conduct employee surveys and interviews
  • 3.˙˙˙˙˙˙Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership
  • 4.˙˙˙˙˙˙Track and compile collected data
  • 5.˙˙˙˙˙˙Conceptualize training materials based on data and research
  • 6.˙˙˙˙˙˙Communicate training needs and online resources
  • 7.˙˙˙˙˙˙Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
  • 8.˙˙˙˙˙˙Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology
  • 9.˙˙˙˙˙˙Test and review created materials
  • 10.˙˙Maintain a database of all training materials
  • 11.˙˙Instruct employee training and onboarding
  • 12.˙˙Conduct training through new materials
  • 13.˙˙Review employee performance and learning
  • 14.˙˙Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment
  • 15.˙˙Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, etc. and assist with engagement events constructed and/or developed outings.
  • 16.˙˙Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
  • 17.˙˙Support and mentor new employees
  • 18.˙˙Plan and schedule training sessions
  • 19.˙˙Design and implement training programs
  • 20.˙˙Track and keep employee attendance˙
  • 21.˙˙Monitor and present employee performance
  • Communicating the correct information and handling any questions from trainees
  • Laying good examples by demonstrating the skills that are being taught
  • Critically examining the trainees? understanding and progress and making necessary adjustments to the program
  • Scheduling training sessions to minimize disruption to normal working.
