Job Description

Position Title & Grade: Lead Specialist Commercial Intelligence Department & Function: Aluminum SBU OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:To process of defining, gathering, analyzing and distributing accurate and relevant intelligence regarding demand plans, co-ordinate supply process and compile reports and annual business targets for management reviews. Performance enhancement and benchmarking for cost controls. Oversees supply demand model designs to increase output, improve business alignment and enhance decision making process in the SBU.QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor?s degree in Marketing and/or Industrial Engineering ( MBA is preferable ) ;
  • 10 years minimum experience as Aluminum Product Marketing & Pricing in an industrial company (its major works In Aluminum downstream industry)
  • Fluent in English.
  • Computer literate, knowledge of project control systems and PC applications.
  • Able to think strategically, identify and evaluate the new business opportunities.
  • Able to report, analyze and undertake the business model and evaluation of all business opportunities of Ma?aden business.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Defining annual business demand process based on short/long-term sales levels, right sequence of supply capacities.Analyzing key executive-level initiatives from creation to implementationDevelop sales/demand plan to achieve annual business targets both hard targets (financials, throughput etc) and soft targets (talent retention, new product development etc)Conducts deep assessment of market requirements against its competitorsAnalyze SBU netback performance enhancement and benchmarking throughout enhancementMonitor netback. Alerts management on commercial cost overrun. Make recommendations and implements solutions
