Job Description

Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant/Lead Generation Specialist fluent in both Arabic and English to join our team. The ideal candidate will be driving lead generation efforts. This is a full-time position requiring someone with experience in 8x8 and a strong ability to manage communications and follow-ups effectively.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation Duties:

  • Outreach: Conduct outreach to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms, utilizing 8x8 for communication management.
  • Lead Follow-Up: Follow up with leads to nurture relationships, provide additional information, and move them through the sales funnel.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date information on client interactions and lead statuses.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on lead generation activities and results.
