Responsible for the Construction Management for overall construction progress, labor utilization, coordination and execution.
Responsible for construction activities, development of the Project Construction plan with the Project Planner, execute as per schedule & contract specifications. Recommend areas for improvement to the Construction Manager.
Provide direction, leadership and guidance to the Construction team in respect of HSE, QA/QC, Methods and Procedures.
Responsible for enacting proper construction techniques as well as working with the Project/Construction Planning Engineers to develop detailed Construction Schedules and then executing site works to meet the detailed schedules and overall project plan. Instruct construction team and track the progress of construction work such as the arrival and utilization of materials, supplies, tools, machinery, equipment.
Follow all manpower allocation as compared to monthly plans.
Assist securing PERMIT TO WORK and ensure the construction projects meet safety codes and regulations.
