**Experience Required**:- At least 7 years of auditing experience, including leadership roles for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 in the construction industry.**Education**:- Bachelors degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or a related field.**Certifications**:- Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.( A must )Responsibilities:- Lead audits for Quality (ISO 9001), Environmental (ISO 14001), and Health & Safety (ISO 45001) Management Systems in major construction projects.- Manage and support the audit team to ensure comprehensive and accurate assessments.- Compile detailed audit reports, presenting findings and actionable recommendations to improve management systems.- Ensure adherence to international standards and best practices within the construction sector.- Recommend practical improvements for organizational performance and quality standards.- Identify workplace hazards, assess risks, and implement measures to mitigate them while regularly monitoring for effectiveness.- Collaborate with internal departments to create actionable plans from audit outcomes and follow up on corrective actions.- Analyze data using statistical methods for performance reporting and improvement.- Provide technical support to sales teams during client site visits when necessary.
