Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Lead Architectural Draftsman with a specialization in interior finishing work to join our team.Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of architectural draftsmen in the production of detailed construction drawings,˙focusing on interior finishing elements.
  • Collaborate closely with architects,˙engineers,˙and interior designers to ensure accurate and consistent representation of design intent in construction documentation.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of building codes,˙regulations,˙and standards applicable to interior finishing materials and installations.
  • Prepare detailed shop drawings,˙fabrication drawings,˙and material specifications for interior finishes,˙including millwork,˙cabinetry,˙flooring,˙wall coverings,˙and more.
  • Utilize advanced CAD software and other design tools to create high-quality,˙three-dimensional models and visualizations of interior spaces.
  • Conduct regular quality checks of drawings and documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise on interior finishing aspects.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in interior finishing materials and technologies.
