Job Description

Position: LawyerEmployment Type: Full-TimeKey Requirements:

  1. Nationality & Education:
  • Saudi national.
  • Bachelor?s degree in Law from a Saudi university (mandatory).
  1. Experience:
  • Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or governmental entity.
  • Proven track record in [litigation, contracts].
  1. Language Skills:
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  1. Licensing:
  • Valid Saudi legal license to practice law (preferred).
Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients in diverse matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents (contracts, agreements, pleadings).
  • Represent clients in courts, arbitration, or mediation proceedings.
  • Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with Saudi laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
