  • Make sure the available vehicles count and distribution matches the demand
  • Propose possible solutions to maintain the quality of experience for the delivery men
  • Follow up and respond on last mile tickets, internal and external tickets within SLA
  • Follow up and respond on last mile support email within SLA
  • People management responsibilities include training, planning and assigning daily work, addressing performance issues, and resolving problems.
  • Make sure the vehicles are maintained in good condition and report its issues and incidents.
  • Time Management among pickers and couriers.
