  • Manage day to day Last Mile operations to ensure meeting of internal SLA?s along with productivity, cost, and company targets.
  • Design and own end-to-end the Last-mile unit costs strategy to meet targets.
  • Managing everything related to Nana Express last-mile delivery across Saudi.
  • Maintain all HR-related aspects of the last-mile fleet team including hiring new drivers across Saudi.
  • Maintain all HR-related aspects of the last-mile fleet including sourcing, contracting & required documentation.
  • Directly responsible for designing and owning the last-mile fleet team compensation and benefits packages.
  • Responsible for last-mile delivery team SLA success ratio
  • Manage and improve fleet management practices, team and cost of operation
  • Create tools/dashboards for performance metrics to ensure efficiency of the function including process optimization and standardisation.
  • Ensuring ontime deliveries & proper management of the staffing and scheduling as per demand to achieve desired drivers utilisation rate and service level.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, motivating, and evaluating the team to ensure that the LM department has the necessary skill base, and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximise their potential and contribution to the company.
  • Maintain cancellation levels due to shortage in Supply i.e. Deliverymen
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
  • Regularly analyze the nature of the business and customer feedback to modify the order lifecycle through technology, automation, process improvements which culminate in a better experience overall.
