Job Description

The Landscape Operations Manager will be responsible for the ongoing care and maintenance of landscapes installed by Initial Co., as well as grow the landscape construction business. This includes the comprehensive management of crew, tasks, tools, time and paperwork. He will maintain existing client relationships as well as develop new client leads. The goal is achieve all operational and division?s success metrics including: Safety Quality

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Responsible for all aspects of the Maintenance & Construction business, including:
  • Gardening and lawn care for existing clients.
  • Follow through on provided job leads for landscape maintenance services.
  • Monitor & execute daily Landscape operations of construction & maintenance. Also oversee enhancements, turf and ornamental applications and irrigation.
  • Perform site survey for new business opportunities and coordinate for commercial bids. Also generate survey report and costing.
  • Ensure that jobs are completed according to contract and within budget.
  • Establish staffing levels for each month based upon need including scheduling.
  • Documentation of work for both client records and billing purposes.
  • Monitor daily & monthly operational and financial performance for the region and deliver timely and accurate operational & financial reports.
  • Direct Ops team including LS engineer and oversee all customer accounts.
  • Communicate with Human Resources to address corrective and disciplinary actions, personnel staffing needs and training needs.
