Job Description

Purpose of Role:?Monitor hour to hour compliance with quality standards through the Supply Chain to ensure product and environment conform to established Food Safety practices. Assist with the documentation related to BRC, Food Safety and GMP.Job Summary:?Assist with the implementation of food safety systems and policies. Ensure all ingredients, in-process sampling and finish product conforms to established standards.Responsibilities:

  1. Carry our hour to hour and day to day Laboratory duties.
  2. Be responsible for product quality against established specifications.?
  3. Document inspections of Raw, Packaging and In-Process Materials.
  4. Analyses of quality test results, remedial action and escalation as required.
  5. Carry our root causes analysis and develop reports as required.
  6. Participate in internal and external audits. Develop actions plans and follow up.
  7. Investigate, document, and respond to customer complaints.
  8. Ringfence non confirming product as required.
  9. Actively participate in food safety programs in conjunction with other departments.??
  10. Work cross functionally with other departments to maintain and improve the handling, storage and use of all materials.
  11. Make yourself available to assist the Quality Leader as required to meet all company objectives.?
