Job Description

As a Kitchen Equipment Technician at Kudu you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment used in our facilities. Your role will involve ensuring that all kitchen equipment is in good working condition to support the smooth operation of our kitchen operations.Responsibilities:

  1. Inspecting and troubleshooting kitchen equipment to identify issues and determine the appropriate course of action.
  2. Repairing and replacing faulty components or parts of kitchen equipment.
  3. Performing regular maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment.
  4. Testing equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
  5. Keeping accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Previous experience as a Kitchen Equipment Technician or in a similar role.
  2. Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and its maintenance.
  3. Having experience with Ice Cream Machines such as Taylor
  4. Having experience with Coffee machines
  5. Having experience with beverage dispenser machines
  6. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
