Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repair records as required.- Maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing commercial kitchen and beverage equipment in Fast Food??restaurant kitchens- performs end-user interactions frequently with kitchen-staff requiring advice on equipment operation or status.- Assists with installation and modification of kitchens equipment systems as assigned by maintenance manager.- Assisting in the training of kitchen Department personnel in the proper operation of kitchen equipment in cooperation with quality Department.- Inspects new installation of equipments for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.?- Ensures that all work performed is conducted in a safe and timely manner adhering to standards of safety and effective equipment utilization.- Perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.- Assure each day?s activities and problems that occur are communicated to the other shifts and maintenance manager- Maintains the necessary service records on mechanical and structural systems.- Order parts and supplies as required; maintain stock and inventory control.- Comply with Company policies, procedures and directives.- Other duties as deemed appropriate by supervisors and/or manager
