Based in the Resorts bespoke Kids Club, Planet Trekkers, as a Kids Club Attendant you will focus on creating experiences and memories for our younger guests that will enhance their on island journey; an exploration path of their own and a range of experiences that will connect them back to the island.If you?re charismatic, approachable and know what it takes to exceed guest expectations, this is your opportunity to work in this unique environment and fast track your career. As a Kids Club Attendant, your day to day will involve;??Supervising small and large groups of children aged from four to twelve years and actively run daily sessions??Communicate with Parents, Guests, Children and key Resort stake holders.??To maintain sound knowledge of Childcare.??Ensure appropriate hygiene and safety standards are adhered to.??To assist with the development, implementation and delivery of developmentally appropriate activities on a daily basis.??Comply with emergency procedures, duty of care and reporting procedures alongside maintaining relevant paperwork.??Cross sell activities and services to guests to enhance their on island journey.??Baby sitting and tailored sessions for guests.
