Key Account Manager - Travel Retail Europe

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including duty-free shops, airports, airlines, and cruise lines.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Set the appropriate product assortments, product mix for respective retailers.
Negotiate agreements, contracts, and pricing terms.
Monitor sales performance (SO/SI) and track key metrics to evaluate account performance and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and monitor forecasts and follow up orders with buyers.
Build sell in and expense budget and carefully Manage P&L per region.
Formulate promotion strategies and action plans to maintain strong relationship with travel retailers through good communications & visibility.
Ensure the image adheres to brand guidelines and monitor the merchandising, assortments and planograms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives and customer needs.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
