Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our key clients in the Home AC industry. You will serve as the main point of contact for these clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, with a proven track record of managing large accounts and driving revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Home AC industry.
  2. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
  3. Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth.
  4. Manage and resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
  6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  8. Provide regular updates and reports to management on key account activities and performance.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the Home AC industry.
  2. Demonstrated success in managing large accounts and driving revenue growth.
  3. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Knowledge of the Home AC industry and market trends.
