Job Description

On behalf of a Saudi-based FMCG ˙Company we are seeking a Junior Trade Marketing Manager.Based in Riyadh and reporting to the CEO.You will be the direct interface between the sales teams and brand managers and will be responsible for internally based business, all national launches, re-launches, and promotions. Also, you will be responsible for ensuring all relevant targets such as shelving and 2nd placements as well as the development of the trade story & and conceptual trade presentation.

  • Implement plans that deliver growth based on consumer/ shopper insights and customer requirements.
  • Implement actionable in-store solutions based on a clear understanding of shopper behavior within the category/sub-category and channel.
  • Category Management working with each brand manager (planogram, promotion, merchandising, communication) for key accounts or special projects.
  • Develop effective solutions across channels working with all assets available and developing new programs when needed including in-store brand ambassadors.
  • Identify category plans in-store including range and merchandise proposals on both primary & and secondary displays.
  • Development and execution of trade/consumer promotions including pricing, sales estimates & and operations liaison.
  • POS development, deployment & maintenance &/or replenishment whenever required.
