Experience in carrying out Building Services (Air-Conditioning, Drainage, Domestic water, Fire Protection etc.) design to ASHRAE, CIBSE, NFPA, International and British Standards and Local municipality and Utility Authority regulations˙
Assist in the design, development, and evaluation of new and existing projects.˙
Perform heat load calculations and make calculations for plumbing and fire protection systems.˙
Assist the coordination between mechanical design and other disciplines.˙
Assist in review and resolve the conflicts between Engineers and contractors/subcontractors˙
Review & ensure that mechanical procurement strategy is practical and efficient˙
Responsible for the correctness and accuracy of their own work and the work of the team - Complete engineering work within the agreed program˙
To coordinate with other design disciplines as required on a day-to-day basis or as set out by the project requirements ? Assist in review of all designs for its buildability and ensure it is fit for purpose˙
Generate material takeoff sheet/BOQ for each project˙
