  • Installing and configuring computer, servers, hardware, Operating System, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Experience with Microsoft operating systems, including installation and configuration.
  • Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
  • Setting up accounts for new users.
  • Email configuration.
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
  • Provide support through telephone and email to customers.
  • Experience in Microsoft servers.
  • Knowledge about domain, Active directory. DHCP and DNS.
  • Installation and maintenance of IP telephone system.
  • Monitoring backup system.
  • Knowledge about HPE, SonicWALL, Kaspersky, Veeam, Grandstream products will be better.
  • Test & evaluate new technology.
  • Reporting to head of IT department.
Salary is up for negotiation but is ideally:per year in SR is around: 48,000?Saudi Riyals
