Job Description

The Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual content to support the marketing and branding efforts of the company within the construction and fit-out industry. This role involves working closely with the design and marketing teams to develop materials that effectively communicate the company?s vision and services. The ideal candidate should have a creative flair, an eye for detail, and a passion for the construction and fit-out sector.Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-quality marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, posters, social media graphics, and presentations.
  • Assist in the creation of visual content for the companys website, email campaigns, and digital ads.
  • Develop visual concepts and layouts that align with the company?s brand guidelines and project requirements.
  • Support the creation of 2D/3D illustrations and renderings to visualize construction and fit-out projects.
  • Collaborate with the project team to create visual content that explains technical aspects of the construction process to clients and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of branded templates for reports, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Ensure all design work is consistent with the company?s branding and style guidelines.
  • Maintain and organize the company?s visual assets, including logos, templates, and image libraries.
  • Work closely with senior designers, project managers, and the marketing team to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative design ideas.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all design assets.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
