Collaborate with electrical engineers, architects, and stakeholders to gather project specifications and requirements for electrical BIM modeling.
Create electrical BIM models using specialized software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
Develop detailed electrical layouts, systems, equipment, and infrastructure within BIM models.
Assist in clash detection and coordination activities to identify and resolve conflicts with other building elements.
Perform quantity takeoffs and generate reports based on BIM models.
Review and revise BIM models based on feedback and project changes.
Attend project meetings and provide technical input related to electrical BIM modeling.
