You will be the vital link between our Information Technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software products. To succeed in this role you should be able to Identify problems and opportunities and ultimately provide solutions that help achieve business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Define functional specifications and business analysis requirements.Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories.Effectively communicate requirements, key insights and findings to cross-functional team members, management and other stakeholders.Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.Write clear and well structured internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.Required Qualifications:A bachelor?s degree in business or IT / Computer Science.2+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.The ability to understand problems and find solutions.The ability to present findings and recommendations to senior management and to manage stakeholder meetings.The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.Advanced technical background.Excellent documentation skills.Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.Understanding of project management techniques.Location Riyadh, Riyadh Minimum Experience Entry-level
