Job Description

We are hiring a Junior Accountant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with financial tasks and ensuring accuracy in financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  2. Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and efficiently.
  3. Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
  4. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  6. Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
  7. Perform general ledger entries and journal entries.
  8. Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  10. Stay updated on accounting standards and regulations.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in accounting or related field.
  2. Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Knowledge of Saudi Arabian accounting regulations is a plus.
  9. Professional certification such as ACCA or CPA is preferred.
  10. Fluency in both English and Arabic.
