PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/ MAIN DUTIES˙

  • Raw Material Supply and Services: Receive PR, review, send RFQ & release PO
  • Engineering Supply and Services: Receive PR, review, send RFQ & release PO
  • Prepare Alternate Source Development Plan & develop New Suppliers
  • Capex Supply and Services: Receive PR, review, send RFQ & release PO
  • Cost / Services including AMC: Receive PR, review, send RFQ & release PO
  • Negotiate prices for Engineering Spares, Capex Items & Servives, AMC, Freight rates and put up for approval
  • Supplier Payments & Vendor Reconciliation
  • Contribution to Savings against Annual Budget & by additional initiatives
  • ISO Audit
  • MIS
