Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our team and work with Dynamics 365. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining Dynamics 365 applications to meet the needs of our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide ongoing support for Dynamics 365 applications.Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs
  2. Design and configure Dynamics 365 applications to meet business requirements
  3. Customize and extend Dynamics 365 using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
  4. Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications
  5. Develop and maintain custom workflows, plugins, and web services
  6. Create and maintain documentation related to Dynamics 365 solutions
  7. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Dynamics 365
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and features of Dynamics 365
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and deploy Dynamics 365 solutions
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Dynamics 365
  2. Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules and functionality
  3. Experience with configuration and customization of Dynamics 365
  4. Understanding of CRM and ERP concepts
  5. Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
  6. Knowledge of integrations with third-party systems
  7. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  8. Ability to work well in a team and independently
  9. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
