Troubleshoot network issues as they arise.Software and Hardware Maintenance: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems, including computers, servers, and peripherals.Security and Data Protection: Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive patient data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.User Training: Conduct training sessions for clinic staff to enhance their IT skills and promote efficient use of technology resources.IT Project Management: Collaborate with the IT team to plan, execute, and manage IT projects that enhance the overall efficiency and productivity of the organization.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory, network configurations, and user accounts.Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and service providers for hardware and software procurement, maintenance, and support.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, minimizing downtime and disruption to clinic operations.Backup and Disaster Recovery: Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and business continuity.ProfileBachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.2 to 4 years of relevant experience in IT project management, administration, preferably in a multisite company.Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure.Proficiency in IT project management and the ability to manage projects from conception to completion.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clinic staff and external vendorsJob OfferN/C
