Job Description

Perform IT support & assistance across all aspects of IT systems, network implementation, maintenanceand administration. Position carries out coordination, installation, testing, and technical tasks in supportof the Router, Switches, APs, Firewalls, IP Telephony, Servers (physical & virtual), Active Directory,MS SQL, Backup and data protection, Storages, Azure, Office Exchange, Essential System security andprotection, Cloud and On-prime, wired and wireless network and participates in developing andimplementing IT Infrastructure plus general maintenance of all IT-related hardware/ software / networksecurity procedures and network management plans.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Works in healthcare environment or similar
  • Well known of IT Networks (Router, Switches, APs, Firewalls, IP Telephony, etc.)
  • Well known of Servers, Storages, and related hardware
  • Works with virtual servers (such as VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Well known of Security updates and Antivirus solution
  • Flexible duty, Up-To-Date, Perfect in troubleshooting
  • Supervise & maintain all end-users IT?s calls, issues, problems, etc.
  • Maintain Day-by-Day support for related issue and tasks.
  • Works in healthcare environment or similar
