Mobishastra is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT specialist to join our team. As an IT specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our companys computer systems, networks, and software applications. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and supporting our employees with their technology needs.Responsibilities:Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.Respond to queries either in person or over the phone, email, or chat.Diagnose and resolve technical issues.Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components.Manage user accounts and permissions.Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware or software faults.Replace parts as required.Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.Support the roll-out of new applications.Set up new users accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs.Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time.Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers.Test and evaluate new technology.
